IS there any User Interface mods in Guild Wars or mods that give u special features like maps???? THX

Nope, not every game is like WoW (luckily)

You can press U and right click within it to scroll around the huge map. The huge map can also be viewed by pressing M and looking around and zooming in with a left click, and there's always the compass.
